Information Systems will now offer “After Hours Help Desk Support” that will be staffed by on-call personnel to handle I.T. needs outside of our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.
This service has been set-up for immediate needs that cannot wait until the next business day.
You will call the Sangamon County Information Systems Help Desk at 535-3171 to reach the on-call staff which will be forwarded to their cell phone.
